With so much information changing from one day to the next, the best we can do is try to take care of ourselves and each other, and not go out chasing down disasters. CMA Foundation Honors 30 Music Teachers with Music Teachers of Excellence Awards

NASHVILLE—The CMA Foundation, a national music education nonprofit and the philanthropic arm of the Country Music Association, is honoring 30 music teachers from across the country as Music Teachers of Excellence. Now in its fifth year, the annual program was created in an effort to recognize those educators who are having the greatest impact on their students, using music as a vehicle for change.

Benefit Concert for Tennessee Disaster Relief THIS Wednesday (3/11)

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — FOX’s Rent: Live Actor and singer-songwriter Brennin Hunt will host the Tennessee Tornado Relief Concert at VZD’s in Oklahoma City Wednesday, March 11.  Seven artists will perform in an intimate Nashville style writer’s round concert, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Restore the Dream Fund, a fund supported by the efforts of United Way of Greater Nashville.
