Little Big Town Get Second Number One with Tornado
Little Big Town Success Continues with Second Number One from Tornado Album! Since they’re fun summer time single “Pontoon” earned Little Big Town their first career number one hit single, this foursome has been on a roll! They swept the 2012 CMA Awards with wins for Single of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year, and have multiple nominations for the upcoming 2013 ACM Awards including Album of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year, Video of the Year, and Single Record of the Year. So, it should come as no surprise that LBT has earned their second #1 for the Tornado title track! What I love about these two number one hits is that together they demonstrate the range that Little Big Town features on Tornado. It is a complex and diverse album, and both these hits are well deserved. Additionally, the group recently sold-out their very first headlining show at the Ryman Auditorium adding to the 21 already sold out dates on their current 2013 Tornado Tour.
