Ronnie Dunn Performs At Third Annual Holiday Bash

Ronnie Dunn Does His Part To Help The Children. On November 8, Ronnie Dunn performed to a sold out Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center in Bowling Green benefiting the charities of the third annual Holiday Bash. The Holiday Bash charity began in 2010 as a joint venture of Commonwealth Broadcasting, WBKO-TV and United Country Auctions to raise much needed money for children’s charities in the weeks immediately before Christmas. In a tremendous outpouring of support, the Southern Kentucky community has embraced Holiday Bash with open arms to the benefit of local charities including Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way, and many more. Many of the children who are directly impacted by the generosity of the local community through these charities were on hand to meet Dunn and thank him in person prior to his performance. “This is an extraordinary collaboration of efforts to the great benefit of all charities involved and in turn, to all the children and families who rely on the work done by these charities,” shares Dunn. “I’m happy to do my part and hope for the continued success of Holiday Bash.” In addition to the Dunn concert, Holiday Bash will host a dinner at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green on November 30 with both a live and a silent auction. Select auction items, including University of Kentucky tickets, trips to New York City, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Florida, autographed memorabilia from Charlie Daniels, Tim McGraw, and Rascal Flatts are open for bidding now on proxibid.com . Additional auction items will be posted and open during live bidding for those unable to attend. For tickets, questions or more information on Holiday Bash, please visit wbko.com or contact event coordinator, Paula Kirby (pmoorenky@aol.com). If y’all are in the Kentucky area or just love to help a good cause look into this dinner!

Ronnie Dunn Let The Cowboys Rock

Ronnie Dunn’s Music Video For “Let The Cowboys Rock!” Ronnie Dunn has released his first solo single of 2012, “Let The Cowboys Rock.” This fast-paced tune is sure to create some future line-dances and all around good times! The song is a typical work hard, play harder anthem and that is something I will never argue with! If you want to see some “cowboys” at play (on horses and in the bar) then check the video out now! Or if you are just interested in the musical technicalities, well you can do that here too!

Country Singers At The World Series

Country Music Stars Sing The National Anthem At The 2011 World Series! If you didn’t know that the World Series has begun, well then it is quite possible you have been living under a rock. The two teams up for the title of champions are the Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals. Even if baseball isn’t your cup of tea, we know one thing that will please you! Just like any athletic game or event, the National Anthem is always sung before things get started. At this year’s World Series, Country Music had the honor of having 3 men perform the opening number! Scotty McCreery sang at game 1, Trace Adkins sang at game 2, and Ronnie Dunn sang at game 3! Except for the little hiccup McCreery had with audio, all of the men did fantastic! What other country stars would you enjoy to see and hear belt out our nation’s anthem? Which team are you hoping comes out on top? Do you agree that the Idol winner, Adkins, and one half of the former Brooks and Dunn did an A+ job? We would love to hear your opinions on all of these questions and more, so don’t be shy!

Ronnie Dunn Cost Of Living Video

Ronnie Dunn Releases The Second Video Of His Solo Career! Ronnie Dunn has “done” it again! His second single “Cost Of Living” is getting tons of airtime and now has an incredible video to go with it. In it, we are introduced to a few people from a Tennessee town with a recently shut down tire plant. It’s a sad, but true story that a lot of Americans are and have been dealing with for a while. With the “Cost Of Living” constantly going up, many are struggling to keep their jobs and others are finding it even more difficult to find one in the first place. The lyrics of this song tell the reality of a man eagerly trying to get hired on a construction crew, I know many companies who would love to have teams full of reliable men like this. I love this song and strongly encourage those of you who haven’t heard it to take a little look! Tags: Cost of Livin’, Ronnie Dunn, Ronnie Dunn Videos

Ronnie Dunn’s How Far to Waco Video

Ronnie Dunn Releases Video for How Far to Waco from Upcoming Album. Ronnie Dunn is set to release his first ever solo album, Ronnie Dunn, on June 7th, and he is giving fans a little taste of what’s to come with recent single debuts and corresponding videos. The album includes twelve tracks, eight of which are either written or co-written by Ronnie, and it has given him the opportunity to really delve into subject matter that holds meaning for him and express himself as an individual. In January, he introduced his first single, “Bleed Red“, which so far has been a huge success, and he has subsequently released the video for this track in addition to a video for “I Can’t Help Myself“. While both of these songs are reflective and a little mournful, his latest video release “How Far to Waco“, out May 17th, is jam-packed with energy and fun. Of the three tracks released so far with it’s mariachi influences, fast beats and an out-on-the-road-with-the-wind-in-my-hair vibe “How Far to Waco” definitely has the feel of a summer hit. You can check out the video now and let us know what you think of Ronnie’s new music! [youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TW3rOXiIVCY]
