Trace Adkins Songs and Stories Tour 2012

Trace Adkins Announces Spring 2012 Tour, Songs and Stories. Trace Adkins has announced a low-key tour for Spring 2012 titled “Songs & Stories Tour“. The tour will hit theaters and auditoriums across the U.S., and will take a more down to earth approach than big budget arena tours. Adkins was inspired by his experience with CMT Invitation Only special last year after the release of his Proud To Be Here album. The concerts will feature not only performances of Trace’s tunes, but also stories and anecdotes that highlight his working-man roots and musical heritage. “I’ve had many narrow escapes and blessings in my life. The right song at the right time has been my saving grace and that’s something I have in common with the audience. Sharing meaningful songs, stories and some laughs ‘around the campfire’ is the Country music tradition and I’m looking forward to it.” -Trace Adkins Tickets go on sale Friday, January 27th, and fans can share their own stories and inspirations by clicking here.

Brad Paisley Changes Tour Name

Brad Paisley’s 2012 Tour Name Gets A New Look. Brad Paisley announced last Fall that his 2012 world tour would bear the name The Camobunga! 2012 World Tour. After getting together with his band and doing a few rehearsals though, he has decided that he needed a different title for the designs he had sketched and the experience he wants his fans to have. “When I saw the visuals and how exciting and sometimes mind-blowing they were I just felt the tour name needed to reflect what the fans were going to see. For two hours each night of the tour they can be taken away from reality – literally.” -Brad Paisley So, the new tour title is now the Brad Paisley Virtual Reality World Tour 2012. It’s definitely a change from the original title, and after hearing his comments, I am super curious. Paisley is know for putting on amazing concerts, and I have no doubt this will be a great one. All other aspects of the tour remain the same. No dates have been changed, and it is still sponsored by Chevy. Also, The Band Perry and Scotty McCreery are still joining Paisley. BamaJam 2012 Dates Announced

BamaJam Returns for 2012! BamaJam is back after missing the 2011 festival circuit, and the 2012 dates have been set! This year BamaJam will be from June 14th to June 16th outside Enterprise, AL in rural Coffee County. So far these are the only details available for this year, but with previous headliners including the likes of Brooks & Dunn, Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, Hank Williams Jr., Kid Rock and others, we can be sure the line-up will be a good. This will be the fourth BamaJam to take place since its beginning in 2008. It was canceled last year due to federal charges leveled at festival founder, Ronnie Gilley for bribing legislators. He is no longer a leader in the organization of the festival, but remains on staff with a company working with the festival’s entertainment venue, BamaJam Farms where the music event will be held. Stay tuned for more details on 2012 BamaJam!
