Music And Motocross Stars Sign On For Craig Morgan’s 6th Annual Charity Weekend. There is just over a month until Craig Morgan’s 6th Annual Charity Weekend takes place and he is excited to announce the first round of music and motocross friends that will be joining him during the festivities. On Saturday, August 11, motocross stars Destry Abbott, Fred Andrews, Cowboy Kenny Bartram, Trey Canard, Randy Hawkins and Kevin Windham will take part in an exhibition and trail ride from Vanleer, Tennessee. Later that night, country music star Darryl Worley and HLN “Morning Express” host and “Brand New Day” singer Robin Meade will take to the stage in concert with Morgan to support the Craig Morgan Charity Fund. Paige and Jeremiah from CMT’s reality dating show, Sweet Home Alabama, are the stars of the video. We see them having a blast, camping and fishing and basically living out the song. The two look so comfortable and at ease, leaving me to beleive this isn’t far from their normal routine. Martin Guitars Releases Special Edition Dierks Bentley Guitars! The next best thing to playing Dierks Bentley’s guitar might just be having a guitar just like his. right? Well, now that’s actually an option! Martin Guitar will be releasing a special Dierks Bentley Custom Signature Edition this month! Bentley lets on that the design of the guitar has a couple different influences relating to his music and his background. “It’s kind of based on the song ‘Home,’ so there’s the herring bone right on the outside that’s red, white and blue. But it’s a little of Buck Owens’ influence there as well, because I’m a huge Buck fan. There’s a phoenix on there that says where I’m from and just the specs on the guitar, are kinda custom to how I like them.”-Dierks Bentley Bentley had a hand in the design and each guitar will feature the artist’s John Hancock! Miranda Lambert Has To Give Her Vocal Chords A Little Break! Miranda Lambert has been informed by her doctors that she has overextended her voice. This is hardly surprising for such a hard working woman who has been on the road for her On Fire Tour. The prescription for her ailing vocal chords is rest, and unfortunately this cause fans to miss shows with the country music star over the weekend including a concerts in Varysburg, NY and Scranton, PA. The Varysburg performance was part of the Valley Music Festival and Lambert was replaced by Gretchen Wilson and Sawyer Brown while the Scranton concert should be rescheduled for a later date. Lambert should be back on stage by her July 12th performance in Orange Beach, Alabama! We wish you a full and speedy recovery, Miranda!
Luke Bryan Set To Perform On Good Morning America on Friday July 13th! Luke Bryan has been tapped to perform on Good Morning America‘s “Summer Concert Series” this Friday, July 13th! The special concert series is in its 4th year, and always showcases the biggest and best talent with performances in NYC‘s Central Park. Despite the overwhelming amount of popularity and success Bryan has experienced in the past couple years, he is still super humble about it all and understandably excited to perform for GMA! “I have a big smile on my face every time I talk about being on Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series. Life’s good. To be a kid from Leesburg, Georgia, and to now be at the point in my career where I’m performing on Good Morning America in the heart of New York City at one of the most recognizable places in the world makes me super excited. Brad Paisley Celebrated 4th of July With Whitehouse USO Concert. Last week Brad Paisley had the chance to take part in the 4th Annual “Salute to the Military” USO Concert that took place on the south lawn of the White House. It has to be a heck of a way to spend the 4th of July in the United States’ capital city, and Paisley was understandably pleased to be able to do so while saluting the military specifically! “I can’t think of a better way to celebrate Independence Day then at the home of our President, honoring the men and women who protect and serve our rights and freedoms and their families. Being here today is truly an honor and makes me proud to be an American,”-Brad Paisley. Paisley’s concert was part of a larger celebration that also included fun, food and games as President Obama and The First Family welcomed troops and military families to their backyard.
