Lonestar Set To Release New Single

Lonestar Released Their New Single, “The Countdown,” To Country Radio. With the 20th anniversary of the multi-platinum country band Lonestar already underway, fans will be excited to hear that the release of their new single, the melodically sparkling and lyrically urgent “The Countdown,” has been confirmed for July 17. A new album – on their own label, 4 Star Records – is expected in October. The recently reunited quartet – Michael Britt, lead guitar & backing vocals; Richie McDonald, lead vocals & piano; Keech Rainwater, drums; and Dean Sams, keyboards and backing vocals – kicked off 2012 with a hugely successful and acclaimed European tour on a multi-artist bill with Reba McIntire and Ricky Scaggs. Lonestar also recently performed at the CMA Fest in Nashville: an invitation only sold-out show for their fan club at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum as well as the Riverfront Stage for CMA festival attendees. The group debuted “The Countdown” for the standing-room-only festival show, as well as another song, “Pretty Good Day.” “It was a blast. This past weekend I got the chance to see him perform it live and let me tell you, the entire show was fantastic! Whether you hear the radio version, acoustic or live, you won’t be disappointed. His next single that he has coming up, “Hello Goodbye,” is also very good. If you are looking for some new music to listen to, I definitely suggest you consider Farr.

New Country Trio, Scarletta, Has Released Their Debut Single, “Right Here, Right Now.” New country trio Scarletta has released their debut single, “Right Here, Right Now,” to country radio. The new single was written by Scarletta, along with rock personality Paul Taylor (Winger, Alice Cooper) who co-produced the track with Grammy Award-winning producer Blake Chancey. “This song was inspired by our love of summertime fun and a good groove. We hope it is the soundtrack to many wonderful memories.” -Scarletta The trio comprised of fiddle player Nathan Stoops, lead singer Aubrey Collins, and guitarist Benji Harris, found each other in Nashville and have created music ever since. Surrounding themselves with a strong team of industry professionals, Scarletta is managed by Rusty Harmon for Average Joes Management and booked through Buddy Lee Attractions. Easton Corbin Is Set To Release His Sophomore Album In September. Easton Corbin is set to release his sophomore album, All Over The Road, On September 18! The 11-song grouping includes the fast-rising single, “Lovin’ You Is Fun.” It was written by Bob DiPiro and Jim Beavers and was produced by Carson Chamberlain. “All Over The Road is a fun title, but it’s also actually what we’re doing out there. We’re all over the road trying to get music out to everybody, so I just thought it made sense.” -Easton Corbin All Over The Road is the follow up to Easton’s self-titled debut album that Mercury released in 2010. The Official Music Video For Kristen Kelly’s “Ex-Old Man.” I have to say right off…I’m obsessed with this song! Kristen Kelly’s “Ex-Old Man” is her current single and below is the official video for it. Kelly is currently on Brad Paisley’s Virtual Reality Tour. Although Kelly is what we call the new guy (gal), I believe she could potentially be one of the next big things! Hey, if Paisley backs you, you’ve got some talent! In her other song “He Loves To Make Cry,” she really showcases a voice that could stop people in their tracks! Again, “Ex-Old Man” is gold in my book! I know there are too many women who are going to relate to this song, but maybe listening to it will be a form of therapy? Let’s hope so!
