Scotty McCreery and Other Country Stars Give Their Signatures to Childhelp! Are you in the market for a new belt buckle? Childhelp might have what you’re looking for! Country stars like Scotty McCreery, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Trace Adkins, Lauren Alaina, Josh Turner and more of your favorites have lent their signatures to help out the cause. Each belt buckle features the autograph of the star along with the child help logo. They were fashioned from solid bronze at the family owned and operated Arts Refoundry in Los Angeles. November Lily Supports American Heart Association

New Country Duo Lends Talent to American Heart Association! There is a new country duo on the scene, and you are gonna want to take a minute to check them out! November Lily, or Matt Williams and Ashley Patty, hails from Oklahoma, and between the two of them they have a life-long connection to music. Before getting together to create November Lily, Matt was working on getting a Christian band together, and Ashley (formerly Wentworth) has been singing since she was just seven years old! So far, they’ve already got two songs under their belt, “Summer Song” a quick, fun, upbeat tune that lives up to its name and “Tell Me Can You Feel It“, that’s just a bit slower and calmer. Between these two songs, it is clear that November Lily has got a lot of talent and versatility combined with an authentic, home-grown country vibe. While they’re trying to get their music up and running though, this duo has more than just music that they’re passionate about! Ashley had a health scare when she was younger, and now has an implanted defibrillator. Through a connection with another young women with a similar experience, Ashley was able to get involved with the American Heart Association. She is now a spokesperson and an advocate for the organization. You can check out the video below for details on her experience, and why she is involved! November Lily will be performing at the AHA Fundraising Luncheon on May 11th in Tulsa, OK, and Ashley will be speaking at the event as well! Chelsea Bain “Rockin That Trailer” Video

Chelsea Bain Puts A Little Rock In Her Country In New Video! You might have heard of Chelsea Bain last year when her self-titled debut EP released in 2011, but if you haven’t heard of her…you’re gonna want to get on that. Bain’s new single “Rockin That Trailer” is well, hilarious, but its also infectious and a straight up rockin’ good time. Chelsea’s brand of country mixes in a substantial dose of rock in roll for a crank-that-up-and-enjoy effect that is guaranteed to get you moving. The video is true to the sound of the song, and if anything, makes me like it even more! Bain clearly has a personality as individual as her musical style that basically demands you take notice. This single comes off of Bain’s upcoming album release, All-American Country Girl, which is due out some time this summer. “Rockin’ That Trailer” is already available on iTunes, so I suggest you check out the video below and then head on over to download it! Darryl Worley Thinks “You Still Got It”! Darryl Worely wants you to know that “You Still Got It” and he still wants it, uh, huh, oh yeah! Well, maybe not you specifically, but someone! His new single, “You Still Got It” is the first to hit radio off of his new album, One Time Around, which is set to release in June. It really is a feel-good kinda song that’s just a little bit sexy, with a mellow, traditional sounding country vibe that makes you want to kick off your boots and enjoy! 2012 ACM Awards Winners

Complete List of the 2012 ACM Awards Winners! Well, the 2012 ACM Awards have come and they have gone! It was an evening with some really great performances and our favorites include Blake Shelton, Chris Young, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band and in a taste of what’s to come with this summers Brothers of the Sun Tour, a duet from Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney! (Tell us your favorites below!). There was also the much talked about live wedding accompanied by a performance of “Marry Me” by Martina McBride and the lead singer of Train, Pat Monahan (reactions seem to be split between cute and creepy…what did you think?). And of courese there was plenty of humor with Blake not always being able to get through his scripted jokes, Reba being her usual fabulous and down to earth self, and Brad Paisley swapping his cowboy hat for a ZBB style cap! Hunter Hayes’ New Video Is As Sweet As The Song.” Hunter Hayes‘ recent single “Wanted” from his 2011 self-titled album release is a very sweet and honest song, and now it has an equally lovely video to go along with it. I am pretty sure that country girls everywhere are swooning over this talented young singer, and after they see this video, they may need a friend to scape them off the floor after feinting from adorable-cute-boy-overload. Besides his swoon-worthiness, Hayes has a really authentic sound and a very accessible quality. In his music, it really seems like he is putting it all out there (risky for seasoned industry veterans and even more so for the newbies), and I think this vulnerability will help him get and keep a loyal fan base! Scotty McCreery to Perform On American Idol! Scotty McCreery just can’t get enough of American Idol! The season 10 winner will be returning to center stage on Idol on Thursday, March 29th to perform his recent single “Water Tower Town“. So, Scotty fans, set your DVR or make plans to be at home because this will probably be a performance you want to see! “Water Tower Town” comes off of McCreery’s debut album, Clear As Day, and is the third single release following “I Love You This Big” and “The Trouble With Girls“. The album which released mere months after his Idol win has garnered the young singer acclaim from both the industry and of course, his many, many, many fans. Shania Twain and Lionel Richie Endless Love Video

Shania Twain Teams Up with Lionel Richie For Endless Love. As I am sure you are aware, Lionel Richie has released a country duets album titled Tuskegee, so named after his hometown in Alabama. After decades of singing and producing in other genres, this industry veteran has apparently decided to take a walk on the country side of things. Whoever is in charge of marketing this puppy has been pushing it hard (remember when Richie got a whole set during the CMA Awards?), but the album just released March 18th, so its a bit early to say whether or not all the pushing has been successful. The album features a parade of duets with some of country’s past and current biggest stars from Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers and Jimmy Buffet to Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw and Jason Aldean. He also covers the classic “Endless Love” with Shania Twain, and the video for this particular tune just released. It is…well, dramatic and also a bit silly featuring a horse…the beach…a black and white kind of motif and even some slow motion. I am honestly not trying to be mean, but I really did laugh out loud when Lionel leaves the house and runs to the beach where Shania is galloping up on a horse (from the ocean?). Although, Shania is one of the queens of 90’s country, so maybe its an homage to the era…the vibe is definitely there. I’m really just not sold on the whole Lionel-Richie-Is-Going-Country thing. Sarah Darling Blackbird Video

Sarah Darling Video for Cover of Classic, “Blackbird”. Sarah Darling has covered the classic, “Blackbird” from the Beatles‘ iconic White Album, and this cover is part of the Linda McCartney tribute album, Let Us In Nashville, which you can read more about here. I have to say that it is really hard to improve on musical legends like the Beatles, but Darling clearly isn’t trying to improve anything (why fix it if it aint broke?!?). She simply brings her own talent to the table, and offers an alternate version of the song that is mellow, pleasant and heart felt.
