Brad Paisley Debuts Old Alabama Video and Releases This Is Country Music. Brad Paisley released his much anticipated ninth album, This Is Country Music, Monday, May 23rd and it is now available for fans! The project features 15 tracks and is jam packed with guest appearances including “Old Alabama” with the band Alabama which is already a hit single (currently #1 on Billboard!). Other notable highlights include Clint Eastwood’s expert whistling on “Eastwood“, Carrie Underwood’s contributions on “Remind Me“, and Don Henley’s input on “Love Her Like She’s Leavin“. The video world premiered on multiple platforms, including SPEED, NASCAR.com and on the world’s largest HD video board at the Charlotte Motor Speedway before the start of the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race. The video for “Old Alabama” is a whole lot of fun, and features appearances by Darrell Waltrip, Jeff Gordon, Rick Hendrick, and of course Alabama. Brad Paisley Promotes This Is Country Music with Multiple Television Appearances. Brad Paisley‘s upcoming album, This Is Country Music, is set to release May 23, and he has a busy schedule ahead of him to get the word out! He will be making appearances on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” CBS’s “The Late Show with David Letterman”, and Fox New’s “Hannity” all on May 24th followed by a performance on “The View” May 25th. Grand Ole Opry Flood Anniversary Concert

Grand Ole Opry Star-studded Play On, Nashville Marks Anniversary of 2010 Floods The Grand Ole Opry is offering up a star-studded concert event, Play On, Nashville, at the Opry House on May 3rd, which signals the one year anniversary of last spring’s floods which tore through Nashville, devastating much of the city. The event will include performances by Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Charles Daniels Band and more. “The May 2010 flood devastated homes, businesses, and lives, but it also showcased the unsinkable spirit of our city and its citizens in ways we are still learning about a year later. We want to celebrate that the Opry’s hometown is stronger than ever the best way we know how— with a one-of-a-kind night of great music.” -Pete Fisher, Opry vice president and general manager Beyond showcasing and celebrating the determination and grit of the folks in Nashville proceeds from this concert will go to help those who are still recovering. Organizations including Hands On Nashville, the American Red Cross, and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville will provide promotion codes to their supporters such that $10 from every ticket purchased using the codes will be returned to the charity. Also, there will be commemorative prints available only at the Opry House the night of the concert whose proceeds will also go to Hands On Nashville. Country Stars Honor Former President

McEntire, Brooks, Paisley, Underwood and Others Perform to Honor Former President George H. W. Bush In an upcoming celebration, some of Country Music’s brightest stars are set to perform including Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks,Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker and Carrie Underwood. The event will also include other stars like Sheryl Crow, and Kid Rock, with more performances to be announced later. The event has been organized by The Points of Light Institute to honor the leadership of former President George H. W. Bush in the American service movement, and to highlight the role voluntary service plays in the betterment of our families and communities nationwide. Former presidents Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush are scheduled to attend as well as President Barack Obama, bringing five of America’s presidents together in the same venue for the first time since President Obama’s inauguration in 2008. The celebration will be taped live on March 21st at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington D.C., and will air Monday, March 28th on NBC. Brad Paisley Attends Memorial Service In Honor of Fan Brad Paisley attended the memorial service of Allison Greene, 31, who recently passed away after a battle with cancer. Greene, a wife and mother, had told friends as soon as she was well again, she would throw a celebration with Brad Paisley as entertainment. Greene’s family extended the invitation to Paisley via post on Facebook to attend the memorial service to help honor Greene’s memory. “When I was watching the video, through the video, it brought me to tears, and I thought, ‘Man, if I could just be there’. So they said, ‘Will you be there, Brad, Monday the 7th in Orange County?’ and I thought, yeah. Brad Paisley Announces Kick-Off of His 2011 Tour, H20 II World Tour presented by Chevy CMA Entertainer of the Year, Brad Paisley has announced he will be kicking off his 2011 tour, H20 II World Tour, May 28th at Heinz Field in Pittsburg, PA. The international tour is sponsored by Chevrolet and will cover 33 cities in the U.S and abroad including London, Dublin, Stockholm and more. Paisley’s tour takes the concert experience to the next level and beyond bringing back the fan favorite “Water World Plaza” from his 2010 tour, which transforms every city into a water festival! The “Water World Plaza Stage” will be the heart of the event featuring musical performances, and other exciting attractions will include a Chevy H20 FLW fishing simulator, dunking booth, slip n slide and other fun water games. Chevy is also offering a driving simulator for fans to test the latest Corvette ZR1, and at the end of the day the fan with the highest score will have the opportunity to meet Paisley in person!
