Dustin Lynch‘s new vid for single “She Cranks My Tractor” plays a little like a pin-up calendar come to life. You’ve got an impossibly thin, tall and gorgeous woman holding welding equipment while wearing only a crop top, daisy dukes and leopard print heels. While Waiting for This Year’s Special, Watch the 2011 CMA Country Christmas! Last weekend, Jennifer Nettles along with country music artists and fans, filled up the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN to tape the 2012 CMA Country Christmas! We are suuuuper excited about this annual television special, but it doesn’t air until the end of December. So, we dug up a copy of last year’s CMA Country Christmas, so you can relive the 2011 Christmas magic in anticipation of the 2012 Christmas magic!! Even though its only the first week on November, I had a lot of fun re-watching the special, and I’m already in the holiday spirit!!! Are you? Watch: The 2011 CMA Country Christmas! Great American Country debuted d corlew film’s “The Journey Home: A Soldier’s Story” yesterday with narration by Charlie Daniels. You are offered a unique insight into the lives of US Army and Marine veterans on their way home from Iraq and Afghanistan. Director David Corlew hopes people are moved by his documentary. “I am honored to team with GAC’s Sarah Trahern and Suzanne Gordon to tell the stories like these that need to be told. Through this process, we’re hoping to inspire our communities to reach out, and in some small way, to support the men and women who choose to serve and protect our nation.” -David Corlew And the documentary does not gloss over the challenge of returning home from war. You’ll see rehab from physical and emotional injuries and the difficult adjustment back into their former civilian life. The documentary also shows the happy side of returning home which includes interviews with family and friends upon the soldier’s return home. Jake Owen Sells Out Two Texas Shows! Jake Owen is unstoppable right now, and Texas fans are definitely showing their love. Jake performed to two sold out shows in San Antonio and Fort Worth. But these aren’t Jake’s only sold-out shows. He broke the CMT On Tour record for most consecutive sold-out shows! His platinum-certified hit song“Barefoot Blue Jean Night”was named ASCAP Country Music Song of the Year. He was also a presenter for the 46th Annual CMA Awards, and his latest single,“The One That Got Away,” is continuing to climb the charts. You can catch Jake on tour with Jason Aldean‘s 2013 Night Train Tour next year!

The Marshall Tucker Band Provides Donations for Hurricane Sandy Victims. The Marshall Tucker Band is collecting donations for Hurricane Sandy victims, and you can help! Starting TODAY, Nov. 8th, you can bring your donations to the southern rock group’s tour truck in Spartanburg, SC. Marshall Tucker Band lead-singer, Doug Gray, feels a personal connection to the hurricane victims. “People in that part of the country have supported The Marshall Tucker Band for over 40 years. We’ve made a lot of friends up there, have watched people’s families grow and have grown with them. So, on a personal level, I know a lot of their pain.” -Doug Gray The band will be in front of the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium from 4:30-7:30, and then they’ll depart to donate the items to victims in the Northeast. They are currently working on more donation trucks for Anderson and Chesnee, SC. They ask that you bring winter necessities such as blankets, coats, and gloves.

Team Kenny took to Facebook and twitter this morning with a single line that got the whole internet abuzz. All it said was simply “Tour announcement right now at http://noshoesradio.com/.” Of course I zipped right over to a site that was already crawling from the overload but had NO information on it! Then I started listening… On the embedded No Shoes Radio, Eli Young Band‘s “Crazy Girl” was just finishing up and the DJ breaks in and announces that you can see EYB live as they join Kenny Chesney on the 2013 No Shoes Nation Tour!!! They’re releasing one tour date at a time over the radio and digging in deep about each stadium and venue they’re hitting.
