For the most part, this video is really simple. It mostly just utilizes footage of the trio performing the song at concerts with a little backstage footage mixed in. I think fans will definitely get a kick out of the video’s open though. Each of the Lady A’s members shares a memory of their first dance and which song they were dancin’ to! Little Big Town And Jay Joyce Are Set To Collaborate On The Band’s 5th Studio Album! Little Big Town announced that they will be working with producer, Jay Joyce, on their fifth studio album. Karen, Kimberly, Jimi and Phillip will be hitting the studio this week to work with Joyce who has previously worked with Eric Church and the Wallflowers. This Wednesday fans can get a look inside the studio and the recording process via Livestream. The lyrics are about a broken-hearted guy who isn’t really feeling crowds, bars or the 6th day of the week, because they are taking him down memory lane. One of the best lines in the song says, “there’s nothing quite as lonely as a crowd when your all alone.” How true is this statement?! Very! I love a song with a good story and a good twist, and this one’s got both! The chorus is just a little bit sexy, and the video heats things up right along side it! LeAnn Rimes Starts Work On New Album of Original Songs! LeAnn Rimes is headed to the studio next month to start recording a new album of original music! All the song-writing is done, and now she just has to sit down and hammer out those vocals. Last year, Rimes released the impressive project of covers, Lady & Gentlemen, where she tackled some of country music’s most iconic hits from the male greats in the industry. We were super proud of her for taking on such a creative concept, and of course, she totally blew it out of the water! (Catch HaleighT’s review here.) Sure, a lot of what we’ve heard from LeAnn for awhile now has been gossip and “non-stories” mostly spread by paparazzi. However, no amount of bad press will ever change the fact that Rimes is still one of the most talented and gifted female artists the country music scene has had the pleasure of claiming. CMNB definitely can’t wait to see what she’ll offer up with this new album!

I don’t know about you, but when I listen to Luke Bryan‘s spring break single, “Suntan City“, I can practically feel the sunshine and smell the ocean!! This song is sure to make everyone wish it was time for a vacation to the beach! For those of us who are still just pining, and not headed to stick our toes in the sand anytime soon…Bryan gives us little relief with his new video. It’s almost enough to make you feel like you’re actually there. Well, at least for the duration of the song. Adam Hood Releases Video for Soulful Single, Hell of a Fight. Adam Hood has released the video for his current single, “Hell of a Fight“. This single comes off of Hood’s second studio album, The Shape of Things, which released in 2011, and it is the follow up single to his “Flame and Gasoline“. You might have caught Adam when he was on tour for select dates with Miranda Lambert, or maybe you heard him when was on the Country Throwdown Tour with Willie Nelson in 2011. Or maybe you haven’t heard of him just yet. But really, you should take a couple minutes to check out the video below. Hood has had a career that is part plain ole’ hard work, and part plain ole’ luck. The first album he ever released was self-financed, and he developed his talents in singing and songwriting while working in his native Alabama. He has put a whole lot of effort into the honing of his chosen craft, but he has had some lucky run-ins along with way with producers and other artists (ahem, Lambert caught his set at a club in Texas when she had to stop due to car troubles, and that’s how he got on her tour!).
