The Music Video For Jake Owen’s Latest Single “Alone With You.” Jake Owen had a great amount of success with his summer anthem “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” and the way his latest single is climbing charts he might just make it two in a row! “Alone With You” is not what you would call a “love” song, more of a “lust” song. This racy video shows us (in detail) what goes on in an “after midnight” or “booty call” type relationship. You can find “Alone With You” on Owen’s album Barefoot Blue Jean Night and you can catch him on tour in 2012 with Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney on their Brothers Of The Sun tour. Phil Vassar Discusses Making of Christmas Album, Noel. It is officially the holiday season, and country music is well into the swing of things! As part of the festivities, Phil Vassar has released a special Holiday album titled simply, Noel. To offer fans a little extra cheer, Vassar took time to discuss the making of this album and give a little insight into all that goes into getting a project rolling. The album features ten holiday songs some new, some classic. As a Texas-native I have to say, I am especially pleased with the “Big Ole Texas Christmas” track. Sarah Darling Films Her Music Video In The Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Black River Entertainment artist Sarah Darling has a special holiday treat for fans. She has filmed her music video for “O Holy Night” in the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, being the first artist to ever do so! “It is our privilege to make Schermerhorn Symphony Center available for this wonderful project. Kicking off the 59th Annual Piedmont Natural Gas Christmas Parade, she will sing “O Holy Night” at the lighting of the 40ft Norway spruce. It will take place at Nashville’s Public Square, beginning at 6:30. The parade will follow at 7 and is free to the public. Her recording of “O Holy Night” is available to purchase where digital music is sold.

Lady Antebellum Performs On Dancing With The Stars. Lady Antebellum stopped by the set of ABC‘s Dancing with the Stars Tuesday, November 22nd episode to perform both old and new music! The trio first performed one of the tracks off their new album, “Dancing Away With My Heart“, and then also had the chance to sing their Grammy winning hit, “Need You Now“. New Video for Care from Kid Rock and Angaleena Presley Kid Rock released the video for his current single, “Care” on Wednesday, November 23rd. Thanksgiving week is definitely an appropriate debut window for the social awareness-themed video which advocates social change at the individual level with a simple thought: just care about others. It’s a touching, relevant and interesting video which will no doubt appeal to both Kid Rock fans and those who maybe wouldn’t normally give his music a listen. The single comes off of Kid Rock’s current album, Born Free, and the album track actually features Martina McBride. However, the video features Angaleena Presley of Pistol Annies, and she makes a good addition, for sure! As is a current trend in country music (especially those artists and songs that lean a little rock-ish), the track also gets a rap influence in the contributions of rapper T.I. The single and its video are attached to a 12 date charity tour Kid Rock is engaged in now. With the help of business executives from his hometown of Detroit, Rock has managed to raise over 375,000 on the Care tour which will be given to local charities. LiveWire Honors Joplin With Miracle Of The Human Spirit. The members of the emerging country group LiveWire were born and raised in Joplin, and have released a music video that pays homage to the strength of their town in the aftermath. The music video for “Miracle of the Human Spirit” not only shows Joplin’s resolve, but also serves to continue building awareness for the ongoing work the town faces to rebuild. “Miracle of the Human Spirit” will be available on iTunes and other digital retailers on November 22. The Band Perry Celebrates The Holiday With An Original Song for ABC. The Band Perry is gaining more and more traction and visibility everyday, and after receiving three wins at the 2011 CMA Awards, it seems they are becoming unstoppable. To add to the growing list of accomplishments, the group recently announced they have penned an original holiday-themed song specifically for ABCFamily. This is in addition to the contribution the group has already made to Justin Bieber’s holiday album. So, clearly, The Band Perry is in the holiday spirit! The song is featured as part of ABCFamily‘s “25 Days of Christmas” holiday campaign, and the group has recorded an music video to accompany the track. A sixty second teaser of the video will be aired on November 20th during ABCFamily’s “Holiday In Handcuffs“. Presumably, it will be available to fans after this point. Details On Dierks Bentley New Album Release. Dierks Bentley has announced that his sixth studio album, Home, will release February 7th, 2012. The album title shares its name with Bentley’s current and popular single.
